Hanover is the UK’s leading provider of retirement properties and services. They needed a system which facilitated access to up-to-date information about its staff and estates.

Hanover is one of the UK’s leading specialist providers of retirement housing and related services. Hanover:

  • Manages just under 19,000 retirement and Extra Care properties on more than 600 estates.
  • Continues to lead the sector in building Extra Care housing, with estates in over 60 locations.
  • Has a dedicated work force of more than 900 individuals, who provide 34,000 residents and customers with a highly professional and personalised service in over 175 local authority areas across England and Wales.

 

Purpose of the system

The intranet is a user friendly method for staff to access up-to-date information about staff, estates, teams, and internal processes.

The Claromentis Intranet platform, combined with custom development using our API, perfectly matched Hanover’s bespoke requirements.
