Support
We offer email support, personal telephone support and a 24*7 support portal for our customers, with agreed service level agreements.
Staging Environments
Claromentis offers staging environments to all clients. Staging environments are encouraged to ensure an additional level of control and comfort during the implementation of changes to an application or system.
Out of Hours Support
Claromentis offers out of hours support services, to ensure your system can be maintained with little or no impact to your users.
Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance includes installations, upgrades, migrations and backups outside of business hours*.
Technician on Standby
It may be useful to have a Claromentis Technician on standby in the event that you are completing work yourself outside of UK business hours
Please be aware that out of hours support services are dependant on the availability of the Technician. Claromentis will attempt to offer hours to suit your requirements, but are unable to guarantee the availability of any Technician outside of business hours.
Training
We offer a range of training programmes to suit Claromentis users. Our training programmes are conducted on a ‘train the trainer’ basis, allowing a group of key associates to become Claromentis Experts. These people can then go on to train staff in their own departments.
