Founded in Mayfair in 1835, Winkworth is a renowned estate agency that’s committed to finding the right home for every client.

What began as a family-run business, specializing in high-end properties in London, has since expanded significantly. Almost two centuries later, Winkworth now operates over 100 offices in the UK and afar.

They were the first estate agency in the UK to adopt a franchising model, cementing their position as pioneers in the industry.

The Challenge

Winkworth originally managed their franchisees with Saba by Cornerstone, a talent development platform.

However, while Saba’s learning capabilities were essential for Winkworth’s day-to-day operations, the software lacked communication and collaboration features. This made it unfit for their end-to-end franchise management needs.
