Based in Chester, UK, Travcorp Holdings is an online travel agency group that believes everyone deserves a holiday away from the everyday.

The organization operates a number of travel brands, including Holiday Gems, Destination2, Destination2Cruise, and Specialist Holidays Group. 

Across every brand, they strive to deliver seamless booking services, personalized packages, and exceptional customer experiences. 

The challenge

Prior to Claromentis, Travcorp didn’t have a centralized hub for internal communications. Instead, teams used an assortment of disparate tools, including; email; Microsoft Teams channels; SharePoint document libraries; and stand alone platforms for policies, training, and events.
