The Claromentis permission system fully supports extranet user accounts, with extensive extranet features that boost the ease and functionality of accessing information for users who are typically not within your organization. Our permission system streamlines the process of obtaining and receiving information for outside users and provides your organization with numerous options for managing extranets. Managing Extranets with Ease.
In all cases, Claromentis’ extranet features provide a functionality that is essential to managing extranets:
- We provide a level of privacy for users within our extranet platform. Extranet users in their own extranet area will not be aware of other extranet users in separate areas – this is crucial, because organizations accessing your extranet may be in competition with one another.
- Each extranet area can be assigned a logo, color scheme or an entirely separate user interface. These customizable extranet features can strengthen your organization’s affiliation when users participate with the extranet platform. Companies can enter the portal and view their distinctive logo displayed with your own, creating a feeling of partnership between both organizations.
Further, Claromentis can implement an entirely different user experience and application access for managing extranets. Our framework is a single integrated information management system. This means that relevant files, such as a PDF in the document management system, needed by both your own staff and extranet users, will be a single version-controlled document. Extranet users and your own staff will have the required permissions to view and access files without the need for file duplication.
