Claromentis offers complete choice and transparency in helping your organisation choose the most appropriate deployment option to suit your specific needs.
Based entirely upon individual business requirements, we offer our software either as a perpetual licence or cloud based software as a service.
Perpetual lease of our software.
Under this arrangement customers purchase a perpetual license of the products required, and benefit from annual support and maintenance contracts that provide both technical support and access to upgrades as we produce new versions of Claromentis.
The advantage of a perpetual license installed on the client infrastructure is mainly one of additional security provided by corporate firewalls, ease of integration with Active Directory and the use of the system to act as a single gateway to other web applications that also support single sign on.
If custom applications are developed, and these require access to external files and data, this may often dictate that Claromentis should be deployed on our customers network.
Cloud based Software as a Service.
With Software as a Service the system is provided using cloud computing, and a single monthly payment provides both software and technical support.
Software as a service can be deployed in an extremely rapid manner, it provides flexibility in the number of users granted access each month as projects expand or are completed, and a lack of any requirement for internal technical support from IT staff.
In commercial terms many companies are attracted to Software as a Service because of the lack of IT up front capital costs.
