How much does Claromentis manage?
The Claromentis technical support team will handle the set up, migration and installation of your digital workplace. We'll also provide 1:1 training and support during the onboarding process to ensure your launch goes as smoothly as possible.
If you opt for a cloud-based deployment, you won't need to worry about any technical maintenance either.
Your digital workplace will be hosted in a secure private network within the Google Cloud. On top of the out-of-the-box security protection Google provides, we'll also conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests on your behalf.
Can we host Claromentis on-premise?
Yes! We support both SaaS and on-premise deployments. However, please note that you will be responsible for the maintenance and security of your on-premise installation.
We don't have an IT team. Is that okay?
Providing you opt for a SaaS deployment, you won't need an IT team pre or post launch. This is thanks to our helpful technical support teams, fully managed environment, and user-friendly interface.
How fast can we deploy our intranet?
We'll aim to get your intranet or digital workplace live within 6-8 weeks.
The Claromentis onboarding and customer success team will guide you through the pre-launch and post-launch processes, including designing your portal, designating admins, and migrating your content and users.
