How do the agents work?
The AI agents sit inside your Franchise Hub portal. You can access them via the application menu or the site-wide AI assistant chatbot.
Each agent is made up of three core components:
- Instructions that tell the agent who it's for, what its purpose is, and how it should answer user queries.
- Skills that dictate what the agent is allowed to read and do (e.g. read candidate data, draw charts, access operations records).
- Permissions that control who can use the agent and what information they are authorized to see.
You are free to configure these components to create an agent that meets your network requirements.

Looking for a more specific franchise agent? No problem.
Claromentis Franchise Hub enables you to build, review, and publish your own AI agents as needed. Simply write your instructions, choose the necessary skills from the library, assign a name and icon, and test it out in the integrated chat box.
Once it's ready to go live, set user permissions and guardrails, and publish the agent across your network. This makes it accessible to every authorized user in just a few clicks.
