How do the agents work?
The AI agents live inside your Charity Hub portal. You can access them via the Agents application or the AI assistant.
The agents you build are made up of three core components:
- Instructions that describe what the agent's purpose is, its responsibilities, and how it should respond to queries.
- Skills that control what data the agent and what actions it is allowed to take. E.g. Read training records, generate charts, search the web.
- Permissions that control who can access the agent and the content they're allowed to see.
How to create your own no-code agents
Pick a process that needs optimizing or a pain point you'd like to solve. Perhaps you'd like to get a better understanding of volunteer shift patterns, streamline your internal communications, or find overdue case management tasks.
Once you've chosen your use case, head to the Agents application and design your AI companion. The process is simple:
- Name your agent
- Write your instructions (with optional AI support)
- Choose the applicable skills from the skills library
- Select and customize an icon
- Set user permissions and control content visibility
- Test the agent in the integrated chat box
- Save your work and hit publish
