As well as launching AI search, we’ve also upgraded our traditional search to Elasticsearch 8 — meaning you get the best of both worlds. You can use Elasticsearch for more precise queries where keywords matter, such as specific user names, file titles, and intranet pages. This ensures you receive the right document or resource.
Give every employee access to a knowledgeable assistant that can streamline information discovery, improve competency, and enhance platform adoption.
Engage with the AI assistant in the pop-up chat box and receive intelligent explanations, summaries, and links based on the content in your Claromentis portal. Much like the search functionality, the AI respects your security and permissions settings, ensuring sensitive information never falls into the wrong hands.
As an added benefit, you can connect the AI to the Claromentis customer support portal, Discover. This allows users to ask product-related questions and get clear, Claromentis-approved answers — all without leaving your site. (Great news for admin teams!)
