Claromentis has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. We operate Web sites based in the UK, Australia, and United States of America.

These Web sites are owned by Claromentis Limited or its wholly owned subsidiaries. Claromentis is registered in England No: 3672955. As the central administration for the Web sites is based in the UK we apply UK law to the privacy principles for each one. This Privacy Statement also applies to any other Web sites we may establish in the future, in any location, and which are not specifically named here.

Why We Collect Private Information.

The Claromentis registration, contact and enquiry forms require users to provide private information (e.g. name and e-mail address). Claromentis uses this information to:

  • send users information concerning Claromentis and its products, or its business partners and their products;
  • Process payment for goods or services (e.g. costs associated with conferences, etc);
  • Verify eligibility for access to secure areas of the site; and
  • Claromentis uses Remarketing and Google Analytics

'Business Partners' are defined as Distributors, Resellers, or Channel Partners of Claromentis with each one delivering varying levels of goods or services depending upon their relationship with Claromentis. If you have any concerns about a particular Business Partner, whether they are listed or not, you should contact the Claromentis office before you provide us with your personal information.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Claromentis requires at least one month's written notice, if a client wishes to terminate their SaaS Agreement.
