The challenge

Before Claromentis, Leak Detective made do with a stripped back technology stack. Headquarters stored training documents and operations manuals in scattered Google Drive folders, and communicated exclusively via email.

This worked for a time. But when their network of 5 or 6 franchisees quickly scaled to 16, cracks emerged.
