It’s been a rollercoaster of a year at Claromentis HQ, with our teams working on tonnes of new features, refining our core framework, and reimagining our software’s user interface. The build up to Claromentis 8.2, our most customisable version of intranet software to date, has been full of suspense, twist and turns, and many surprises. So what better way to announce the official release of Claromentis 8.2 than on Halloween?

We’re thrilled to be releasing Claromentis 8.2, not least because it’s such a leap in terms of functionality, design and usability. Never has a version of our software been so highly anticipated, and we’re incredibly excited to unleash it to new and existing clients who we hope will love it as much as we do.
New features in Claromentis 8.2
Claromentis 8.2 is packed full with new features, but most amazing of all is the ability for companies to be completely self sufficient with intranet customisation.
Intranet administrators can build and design their own intranet thanks to the new technology available in Claromentis 8.2. That means any changes to colour scheme, page layout, logos, content targeting, and more can be managed by the company’s in-house intranet team, without reliance on external designers or developers. These aspects are managed using our Pages and Design & Themes apps, a powerful combo if there ever was one.
Also available is our Quiz application, which can work on its own as an engaging knowledge-testing tool, or be integrated with our Learning Platform to allow learners to earn points towards their overall training path.
Intranet team members who have coding knowledge can benefit from our brand new Custom Component, a feature that’s now available in our Pages app. Like the name suggests, technical employees can code their own custom component that can be uploaded to the company’s intranet, creating opportunities for third party or bespoke functions to be integrated into the system.
We also welcome in Claromentis 8.2 a brand new Chat app, which provides a handy tool for integrating instant messaging app RocketChat into your intranet. This means you can chat to your colleagues, instantly, within the comfort of your own system.
