Our customer support portal, Discover, has been completely revamped with a focus on video user guides, free webinars, and downloadable resources.
The transformation comes at an exciting time, where our latest digital workplace offering is in full swing with many of our customers enjoying the revolutionary features it provides.
As our customer base grows and our software becomes more and more sophisticated with each release, we wanted to provide a support portal that could handle the heat. And considering we use our own software as a support desk, this task was as easy as it was fun!
Here’s what you can expect to find in the brand new Discover:
Video user guides
Our support team have been working their magic to produce bite-size video tutorials which explain how to achieve tasks on your intranet. From customising the homepage to creating news articles, our knowledge base is full of handy videos that can be watched multiple times at your convenience. We’ll keep on adding new tutorials too, so make sure to check back for the latest advice.
We’re really excited about this one. Starting from March, we’ll be providing free webinars to help you get the most out of our software and learn new ways that it can help your business.

New downloadable resources
In addition to our new videos, webinars and articles, we’ve created some new downloadable resources that can help you get set up quicker. Common e-forms and workflows such as support tickets, purchase order requests, and exit interviews can be downloaded for free as ready-to-use templates, saving you time from creating them from scratch.
