Basic User Upload

1. Create a CSV file using Excel based on template below:

username	password	firstname	surname	email	role	group
jsmith	password	John	Smith	john.smith@claromentis.com	Managers	Marketing

2. Alternatively you can export one users from the system to get a CSV template.

This method is highly recommended if you would like to import detailed information which include custom metadata

Admin > People Control Panel > User Export Panel

3. Bulk import users can simply being done through

Admin > People Control Panel > Synchronize/Update from CSV file

Add this column to force user changes their password after first login:

change password next time
