Need to approve or decline a holiday request? Follow these easy steps...
NB: In order to approve or decline a holiday request, you must be the manager of the group in which the user requesting holiday is in
1. Log into your account
2. Click on Holidays Planner
3. You will see your Dashboard screen. At the bottom of the screen you will see pending holiday requests. Click VIEW DETAILS next to the request you wish to approve or decline (as shown below)
4. You will see the requested holiday in a calendar format. Click APPROVE or DECLINE (as shown below)
5. This request has now been approved or declined and the requester will receive a notification
