Let’s say you bought a domain name which you wish to use for your Intranet with Claromentis, and you want it to be hosted with us.
Here is a simple step that you need to do to change the Domain Nameservers so it points to our infrastructure with Rackspace.
1. Log-in to the control panel where you have registered your domain name. For example:
2. If you have multiple domains registered with the domain provider, you may have to select the one you wish to use with your Intranet.
3. Select “Change Nameservers” from the menu
4. You need at least 2 nameservers and set them to:
1st nameserver: ns.rackspace.com 2nd nameserver: ns2.rackspace.com
5. Save your changes!
6. Please send us an email to notify us that changes has been made.
