• Server with OS with Apache web server installed
• Access to the target system through ssh should be working and tested. On Unix systems, we need also root privileges or access to sudo.
• It would be good if we have permission to reboot the system in case of necessity, or have e-mail address which we can send a restart request to and have reply quickly (in 20-40 minutes).
• In case Claromentis is to be installed on some not free Unix system, for example RHEL, we need package manager (up2date, yast etc) fully configured.
• We should know domain name for Claromentis site
• SSL certificate information (if you are planning to use one)
• Communication with the Claromentis License Server - By default, Claromentis will attempt to communication with the license server (license.claromentis.com) on port 4433. However, Claromentis can use port 80 for the license validation if port 4433 is not available. Please open your Firewall to “license.claromentis.com” on port 4433.

• HTTP port (80 or other chosen by client) must be accessible from outside (At least from our office IP’s 81.1.223.7 and 217.154.95.117).
