Permission Dialog Box

Permission dialog box allows user to set appropriate permission to an object in Claromentis. This is applicable in almost all application within claromentis such as Documents, Publish, Calendar, News.

Adding a new permission object into existing permission can be done simply by clicking “Add name”

A permission pop up window will be displayed, allowing you to select permission object from Special, Extranet Area, Role, Group, Group[with subgroups] or by Individual Users.

For example after selecting “User” from the drop down, type a few first character of the users to filter the list, select appropriate user and click “Add”
