Each application within Claromentis can be configured and managed though it’s own Administrator Panel. Access to each of the Administrator Panels is permission based to allow distribution of the Administrative tasks. A “Super Administrator” is any user who has been granted access to the “Sysadmin” panel. From within the Sysadmin panel, you are able to add or remove permissions to each of the individual application Administrator panels.

All administrators will need to be assigned to their responsible applications and this can be done through the Sysadmin Panel as shown above. If a user does not have access to a particular application panel then this will be indicated by a strike through the application name.
The SysAdmin Panel itself is the most vulnerable panel of them all. If a user has access to this panel, they can assign themselves or other users as administrators of any of the other Administrator panels. To ensure system security and integrity, permission to the Sysadmin panel should be only granted to a limited number of individuals.
