====== Permission Dialog Box ======

Permission dialog box allows user to set appropriate permission to an object in Claromentis.
This is applicable in almost all application within claromentis such as [[help:documents]], [[help:publish]], [[help:calendar]], [[help:news]].



===== Adding a new permission object  =====

Adding a new permission object into existing permission can be done simply by clicking "Add name"

A permission pop up window will be displayed, allowing you to select permission object from Special, Extranet Area, Role, Group, Group[with subgroups] or by Individual Users.

For example after selecting "User" from the drop down, type a few first character of the users to filter the list, 
select appropriate user and click "Add"
