====== Calendar on Outlook ======

Claromentis Calendar can be displayed in Outlook by following the steps below:

**Step1**: Follow this guide to [[help:calendar:ical|Export to iCal]]

**Step**2: Take a note of the iCAL URL for example:

  http://myintranet.com/intranet/calendar/export.php?export_type=ical&key=z7Py9GKY8W

**Step**3: In Outlook go to Tools > Accounts Settings, Internet Calendars

Click on "New".

Paste the URL and click on the "Add" button.

Specify folder name and click on the "OK" button.

Calendar name would be displayed in the list of Internet Calendars with status pending.

Last Updated is changed from <pending> to the date and time when the calendar events are downloaded to Outlook.

The newly created calendar would be displayed in the list of calendars.

When you export iCal URL, it doesn't take fixed date range, but uses dynamic range, as set up in config file (default - from 1 month ago and all in future). This can be changed according to your requirements.
