Claromentis contains a complete group calendar and task module. Optional integration with the Claromentis Sales Manager application ensures that users are fully aware of events.

Rooms can be booked according to availability. Facilities can be defined and managed by appropriate staff.

Permission Based

By using the permission information that is set up within the Claromentis solution, the calendar delivers relevant information for different user groups. For each event that is entered, you can define which user groups can view, participate and edit it.

Calendars can be viewed in a variety of modes – such as daily, weekly, monthly views. In addition, colour-coding shows which events you are participating in. Alarms can be set so that you will be notified at a specified time prior to an event.

 

Room Booking

The calendar can also be linked to room and facilities booking. Users can find out the availability of a room that seats a certain number of people, and request a projector and refreshments – all from within the calendar module.
