Check in/check out function

Check in and out To prevent version duplication issues, the Claromentis Enterprise Content Manager application features a check in/ check out function. If a page is already being worked on, a user will not be able to edit it. Instead, the solution provides details about the person who currently has the page ‘checked out’, and if required, will automatically issue a reminder message to that person.
