Comprehensive search

A comprehensive searching tool allows you to filter for documents, forums or published pages, with further granular options to enhance the search. In addition, you can base your search on the date that an object has been created or modified.

 

 

Standard and Advanced search

The advanced search function provides more even more options to enable a more accurate return of data:

 

• A full text search allows you to search for keywords within document titles, body text, or metadata. 
• Common parameters allow you to define selected folders for your search. 
• Users can customize results pages to view either ‘oldest’ or ‘newest’ results first. 
• Wildcard searching, ‘include’ and ‘exclude’ field operators, and logical AND, OR operators are supported
