Revision HistoryEach time a document is ‘checked in’, this not only releases the document so that it is available to be ‘checked out’ for additional editing by other users – it also creates an updated copy which is added to the document’s revision history.

Although the latest version is always presented to the user, previous versions can be accessed easily through the Claromentis Document Manager application. When selecting a previous version of a document, a message is always displayed to show that this is an outdated version.
Documents version can be deleted as required, ensuring that if there is an error in the latest version, an older version can be used instead.
