The Claromentis Framework offers very rich functionality that meets most information, sales and process management needs of our clients. However, every business has unique ways of working and sometimes these cannot be met by changing the configuration of our modules.

In these cases, we work with you to specify the requirement, and discuss the timeframes and exclusivity required. There are then two options:

1. Claromentis may agree that the request is useful to other clients, and include it in the development schedule at no additional cost.

2. You may want the software to be available only for your own use, or we may agree that the enhancement is only useful for your organization.

In the second case, the project will be delivered by our custom development team, paid for by you and made available for your use only. These projects are very varied in scope. Examples include integration with existing systems such as accounts packages; accessing legacy data stores and bringing that information into the Claromentis Framework; or creating entirely new data-driven web applications to meet your specific requirements.
