E-forms are very comprehensive and for that reason somewhat technical, particularly when the workflows between the statuses are complex and branching according to the values in the form, the action taken by recipients of notifications; or indeed when they require custom plug-ins to control the workflows according to external data or conditions.

Template Creation

Websites and Intranet Pages controlled via the Claromentis CMS application are based around pre-defined template structures. This ensures that the users are only able to edit the areas that they should be editing, and that they are prevented from changing the styling of some page titles where the Styles have already been defined by the company to ensure consistency through-out the Website or Intranet. Whilst it is possible to create the templates yourself, Claromentis offers a template design and creation service; collaborating with you to ensure that the templates are designed around your specific requirements and specifications, and delivered within short time scales.
