When SDS needed to schedule their jobs amongst the relevant partners and suppliers they turned to Claromentis, because of its very powerful territory and project allocation capabilities for sales, and the robust permissions of the sales software. By commissioning bespoke development within the Framework software, incoming jobs can be loaded by the clients themselves, and the system automatically allocates the work to partners and suppliers based on the postcode. Jobs are managed by the partners, and full reporting is available to head office and to the customer.
