Complex territories and projects can be set up so that regional or product based sales team can work in their own permissioned areas, but be rolled up into forecasts as needed. Activities, alerts and complete integration with Document Manager for all the documentation relating to complex tenders and the customer life cycle make sales manager a very powerful solution.

Project Management Software

Web based project management software application to ensure that Programme and Project Managers can easily monitor and keep track of project progress.

A dashboard is available for each user, and each project has a summary page with the Gantt chart, RAG and Task Reports and all related information from project documentation, forums and resources fully available.

Document Management Software

A fully featured version controlled document management system maintains accurate and fully searchable information in PDFs, all office files and any special file formats you company might need. Searching is scaleable, those companies with significant volumes of large files, such as CAD drawings, can take advantage of our enterprise Java based implementation to ensure fast and accurate results.

Metadata is fully supported from the main metadata administration panel, and can be allocated to as many document record types as required. Notifications, book marking and subscription ensures that users are notified whenever important document based information is updated.
