Claromentis is sold directly through an existing sales channel in Claromentis Limited and Claromentis USA LLC and though certified channel partners in countries around the world –including the UK and the USA – our direct sales teams have no exclusivity anywhere in the world. Our vision is to work with partners wherever possible.
The Claromentis Partner Programme provides a structure for Claromentis and partner companies to work together delivering powerful geographic or industry sector solutions.
We very much welcome applications from potential Partners to join our Partner programme and to enjoy a mutually rewarding relationship.
We understand that Partners bring significant geographic or sector based expertise and comprehensive, focused portal solutions need to be carefully implemented. We treat partners on an individual basis, ensuring we support them and work together to develop a business plan for mutual success.
Claromentis, whilst being easy to use and intuitive, does not run itself and we set high standards for ourselves when implementing Claromentis solutions. We expect our Partners to maintain these high standards and training is provided to ensure that this is so.

Pre–register your opportunities – as a partner you know that any of your valuable opportunities can be ring fenced as a channel opportunity and so completely protected from our own sales channel. We will never complete with an opportunity registered by a Claromentis partner.
Each level carries varying benefits but in all cases two agreements have to be signed once you are invited to join the programme, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and a specific agreement for the terms of engagement.
These and other substantial benefits are explained in the full Partner Programme which will be sent to you once the Partner Manager has reviewed and accepted your registration form.
For those Partners who do not have the necessary resources but have a direct sales channel and is able to fully qualify an opportunity to pass on the lead to Claromentis. This is the entry level and usually a tactical engagement and paves the way for the relationship to evolve to a more strategic level.
For Partners who have all the consultancy and sales skills necessary for the Project Management and Implementation of Claromentis solutions and who can demonstrate an excellent track record with customers that can be referenced.
For Partners who have the necessary resources covering both technical and consultancy for implementation and Project Management, can provide 1st and 2nd level support and are able if required to provide hardware, in essence – the complete solution. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record and have customers that can be referenced.
Complex web based Information and Process Management solutions benefit from sharing of appropriate technologies to provide solutions that together provide a unique benefit for the end customer.
Claromentis are always enthusiastic to receive proposals from relevant third party technology companies and where appropriate to cooperate together to deliver such solutions.
An example of a technology partner is our relationship with Rackspace as a provider of servers for all customers requiring that Claromentis provide dedicated servers for their use, or require that Claromentis products should be delivered through software as a service. Rackspace show a dedication to quality technical support that is an inspiration, and while this level of service continues we simply will not recommend any other ISP where Claromentis is in any way obligated to meet Service Level Agreements.
