Content Management Workflows

Workflows are used as an approval process to facilitate a system where content creation and update rights can be distributed to the relevant staff, but approval for go live is restricted to the relevant managers or authorizers.

Documents can have workflows applied to them which allow them to change state according to periods of time or based on a manual decision. In this way they can automate many common approvals when users collaborate on information within application files.

The InfoCapture application at the heart of Process Manager contains an extremely powerful workflow engine that allows form base data to change, notifications to be sent and plug in code to be executed as the form moves along complex workflows through configurable status changes.

The sales manager application allows opportunities to move along configurable workflows including strong stages requiring approval by particular users.

All projects in the Project Manager application are allocated to programmes, each programme has fully configurable statuses to control the permission matrix for each project - ensuring that project integrity is maintained as required by the programme managers.
