The Claromentis Business Process Report Wizard allows users to create their own reports by following a simple step-by-step report creation wizard. These wizards allow the easy generation of sorted and filtered data in each project, grouped by selection criteria such as date submitted by month.
Custom Reports
Reports can then be shared amongst other users; controlled by the Claromentis permission system. In addition to this, custom reports can also be created in PHP and added to the system for distribution amongst users.
Custom reports extend the functionality of the report wizard by allowing more customization in the display of the results and including data from other InfoCapture projects or 3rd party data sources.
Dashboard Integration
The BPM software's reports include dashboard integration through graphical components, filtered and colour coded list views, and custom reports. Graphs included by default for each process includes a bar chart of data submitted over time and a summary of data according to current status per the business workflow automation software.
