Non-Conformance Management Software.
Non-conformancies during Audits are identified within the Audit Manager application and are managed through a CAPA process and then verified as resolved by authorized users.
Non conformancies are divided into standard classes:
- Positive
- Pass
- Observation
- Minor NC
- Major NC
- Not Asked
Reports, scoring and dashboards are all available to ensure that users can be made aware of the NC status of all Audits. Audits cannot be closed until all NCs are resolved and verified.
