Expansion of 3rd Level support team

Two new technicians in our Russian third level support team and expansion in time zone coverage

 

We are delighted to welcome Irina and Alexandra to the third level team in Russia, reporting to Andrew Karchenko. This team will also extend the 3rd level escalation coverage to 18 hours a day - providing our customers from Asia, Europe and the USA with the reassurance of rapid escalated response within our SLAs.

 

With the addition of Sameer to our Australian partners RDKS support team, and our current recruitment efforts in our UK support group, Claromentis is continuing to demonstrate our commitment to support around the world.
