You will be supporting a broad, interesting suite of corporate web applications used by a wide ranging client base from small businesses to listed companies around the world.

Replying to support emails
Investigating and resolving support issues at all levels ( 1st and 2nd line support )
Communicating the resolution and status to customers
Creating user guides
Bug reporting and bug management
Scheduling and assisting with installations and upgrades

• enjoys troubleshooting and helping others to use software
• has a logical and clear mind
• has excellent written English with ability to write clear user guides
• enjoy testing new software and helping to improve it
• already is enjoying experimenting with HTML, programming and databases, either in work or as a serious hobby.
