Marketing Assistant

Possible part time ( 3 days a week ) but we will very much consider a full time position for an ideal and proactive candidate.

For someone looking to pursue a marketing career and interested in the internet and its role in providing business software, we can provide an ideal opening.

The individual must be :

• Comfortable working in a small office
• Interested in the internet and business software
• Qualified or pursuing an education in marketing
• Able to work independently in pursuit of agreed goals
• Very literate as they will be creating content on our websites

In addition they must be very able and enthusiastic to help with general tasks, and provide assistance in any customer related meetings or activities as required.

Follow up of leads

Calling all web based enquiries to provide any further information such as data sheets, and update our CRM system. This is a very important part of this role and the candidate must be very comfortable and confident on the phone.

Website Work

Note : Claromentis provide content management systems as part of their software solutions, and therefore full training and guidance will be provided in how to create new sites, pages and content. No expertise or experience with such software is therefore required, although you must be interested in the internet and be very comfortable using browsers and learning new software.

• Create News Items from our new clients and projects with existing clients

• Update website content as new releases of products occur

• Improve Content of our website

• Create micro sites for our focussed marketing campaigns

Ongoing marketing emails to our database

We send regular marketing emails to our database and the ideas and content for these will be your responsibility.

Maintaining Collateral

Maintaining PDF collateral such as product data sheets for accuracy and relevance as new software is released
