Intranet in 1 week!

We all want things quickly – but an Intranet in 1 week??!!
That was the challenge laid down in front of us Monday morning – a working Intranet, branded in the companies colours, all content uploaded (including electronic forms) and ready for use by Friday lunch time.
I am happy to confirm that Claromentis has come through with the goods, and the client is very happy.
So was there a secret to this success? It will come as no surprise that the client had done many hours of pre-project work, and had nearly everything ready to go the moment the site was ready for content population. The old army ‘five p’s’ saying rings true even in IT!
I really like that self service aspect on the home page to encourage users to keep their details up to date!
