Compliance

The Claromentis compliance application allows system administrators to ensure that a targeted audience views or downloads specific information.

Users can be encouraged to view a particular document, publish page, forum post or web page and agree to comply to the content of the information by clicking on a link. System administrators can select their target audience and monitor how many of their target audience have read the information.

Reminders can be easily sent to the users who do not acknowledge the initial request for their compliance.

Creating a Compliance Object

A compliance administrator can create a new object from the admin panel. The application is extremely flexible and allows a compliance object to be a document, publish page or external URL. Frequently a compliance object is a changed or new policy or procedure, or an external website with important guidelines on legislation.

Informing Users of a Compliance Requirement

Templates use a simple editor and a tag system to generate exactly the information required for compliance messages sent by email to the target audience. The target audience can be specifically selected by the administrator, or can default to all users who have view rights to the object.

Managing Compliance

The compliance application allows you to monitor the progress as the target user base reads the information and provides reports at any stage including identification of the specific users who have not yet complied. These reports are saved and available to meet the needs of any relevant audits.
